All prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Costs linked to international orders are computed using an integrated currency converter. Sleep Mate bears no responsibility for the variable currency conversion rates applied by customers' banks.

Payments are processed via Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Paypal. For purchases made through Paypal, customers will be directed to the PayPal website upon checkout, where they can choose their preferred payment method. It is important to note that owning a PayPal account is not mandatory for shopping with Sleep Mate.

Zip Pay and Humm services are exclusively available for Australian orders. During checkout, customers will be redirected to the respective websites to complete the transaction. To be eligible for Zip Pay or Humm, customers must possess a valid Australian Visa or Mastercard debit/credit card, be over 18 years of age, and reside in Australia. Discount Codes, Sales & Promotions

Price discounts, products, prices, promotions, sales, and discount codes are exclusively accessible online and cannot be used for in-store purchases, gift card acquisition, or in conjunction with other offers. Prices posted online are not applicable in-store at any affiliated Sleep Mate establishments.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during business days, from Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in New South Wales. Customers will receive tracking numbers once their orders are dispatched. In instances where a parcel is unclaimed or refused by the recipient, Sleep Mate will make efforts to arrange re-delivery. In case DHL/Auspost/Gologistic and/or our team are unable to facilitate re-delivery by the designated time, the parcel will be either returned (for locations within Australia) or destroyed and abandoned (for international destinations) by the authorities in the recipient's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are unclaimed or refused.

Fraud

Sleep Mate adopts stringent measures to prevent credit card fraud. In cases where we suspect a customer's order may be fraudulent, we will initiate contact with the customer to verify specific details. If the customer refuses to furnish the required information within 7 working days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Cancellation

Sleep Mate retains the right to cancel any order for any reason. In such cases, customers will be promptly notified. Furthermore, Sleep Mate reserves the right to levy a 25% restocking fee if the item has already been dispatched from our warehouse. This is applicable to orders canceled at the customer's request or due to actions on the part of the customer. Such actions may include providing an incorrect address at the time of purchase, exhibiting abusive behavior towards our staff, or placing orders that are regarded as fraudulent or in violation of our terms and conditions of sale. It is important to be aware that Sleep Mate is not liable for compensating customers for any losses, expenses, or inconveniences resulting from the cancellation.

Returns and Refunds Policy

It is of utmost importance to us that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Consequently, we extend the offer of store credit for the entire purchase price, or a refund to the original payment method, with a 25% restocking fee deducted, under the following circumstances:

  • If you are dissatisfied with the quality.
  • If you have simply had a change of mind.

However, for your return to be eligible, it must fulfill the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original, unopened condition, with all tags still attached.
  • The item must be devoid of any marks or stains and must comply with hygiene standards.
  • The item must be returned to us within 14 days from the delivery date.

*Restocking Fee: Sleep Mate may agree to accept returns for stocked products from customers. However, these products must be in their original condition to facilitate resale. In such cases, Sleep Mate retains the right to impose a restocking fee, which will amount to a minimum of 25% of the selling price.

A Sleep Mate store credit will be issued to you in the form of a gift card, which you can use for future online purchases. It's important to note that this store credit does not have an expiration date, providing you the flexibility to use it whenever you desire. We presently do not offer direct exchanges. Please keep in mind that all return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in situations where the item is confirmed as faulty by our team. We do provide a cash-on-delivery shipping option in such cases, and expedited shipping is also available for a small fee if you require a quicker resolution.

In cases where our return policy has not been adhered to, the item will be returned to the customer, with the associated charges payable by the customer. Final Sale Items cannot be returned unless they are considered faulty, in which case our warranty policy will be applicable. Any return of Final Sale Items will be refused upon delivery and returned to the sender.

Goods Arriving Damaged

We treat every order with the utmost care, ensuring precise packing to guarantee items are delivered in excellent condition. Nonetheless, if, by any chance, an item arrives damaged, we are more than willing to provide you with a replacement of the same kind, under the following conditions:

  • You inform us within 2 days from the delivery date, providing a detailed description of the faults in your items and substantiating it with pictures sent via email to info@sleepmatecpap.com.
  • The claim concerning the faults has been assessed and approved by our staff. (Please note that the serial number of each item is recorded prior to shipment for tracking purposes.)

Please be aware that after approval by our staff and notification to you, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the new product to be delivered. If your new delivery takes longer than this, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can investigate the cause of the delay. In cases where an item is deemed faulty, we will assume responsibility for the return shipping cost.

Australian Returns

Zip Pay Returns

If you intend to return an item purchased using Zip Pay, the procedure is identical. Unless the item is determined as faulty, you will be issued a store credit for the full amount of the unwanted item. It's worth noting that your personal agreement with Zip Pay will continue as usual, with any scheduled repayments
