Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Dispatch Processing Time:

  • Dispatch and Processing Time: At our Sydney warehouse, we make every effort to efficiently process and dispatch orders within 1-5 business days, subject to stock availability.
  • In instances of high order volumes, there might be a slight delay. Please allow for additional transit days for delivery. Should there be a substantial dispatch delay, we will make an effort to reach out to you via email.
  • We encourage customers to contact us to confirm product availability before placing an order.

Delivery Service Confirmation Types:

Orders Under $50 Authority To Leave (ATL)
Orders Between $50 – $250 Safe Drop
By default packages will require Signature On Delivery,
however customers can request Authority To Leave (ATL) using the MyPost account.
Orders Over $250 Signature Required (No ATL)
  • For packages, Signature On Delivery is the default requirement. Nevertheless, customers have the option to request Authority To Leave (ATL) using the MyPost account.

  • For orders exceeding $250, a Signature is required, and ATL is not applicable.

  • We strongly recommend our customers to utilise the Australia Post MyPost account through the app/website for managing their deliveries. The email and mobile number provided in your order will be shared with Australia Post to match parcels with your account.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Express Post remains the swiftest delivery method, especially for Rural and Interstate deliveries, as it is air-based, as opposed to road-based.

Although we strive for prompt order delivery, occasional deviations from the plan and delivery delays can arise.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Damages & Warranty:

  • We hold no liability for products that are damaged or lost during shipping.
  • If you receive a damaged order, kindly send us a photo via the contact form on our website, and we will initiate a claim with Australia Post.
  • Please be aware that the carrier's investigation process may take several weeks before we can provide you with resolution.
  • All deliveries are insured by the carrier, and we will offer a refund or replacement only once the carrier provides us with reimbursement.
  • It's essential to retain all packaging materials and damaged items before initiating a claim.
